Peak Atlas

Industry solution · Artisan workshops

Every piece is made by hand. The organization doesn't have to be.

In an artisan workshop, most hours go into the shop floor. Peak One keeps inquiries, appointments, customers and work steps together, and Peak Products shows which product contributes anything after all variable costs.

Where everyday work gets stuck

A lot of craftsmanship in the product. Little time for the rest.

  • Inquiries for custom builds come in by email, phone and message, and some go unanswered.
  • For a consultation at the workshop, several messages go back and forth.
  • How a product comes about step by step is known mainly by one person.
  • Which product really leaves anything after material, shipping and fees is more gut feeling than calculation.

The old and the new workflow

From gut feeling to a traceable calculation.

Typical workflow

  • Piecing an inquiry together from several inboxes
  • Scheduling a consultation appointment by message
  • Passing on work steps verbally
  • Setting prices by gut feeling

With Peak One

  • Inquiry through a form with the important questions
  • Customer picks the consultation appointment themselves
  • Work steps in Docs, readable by everyone on the team
  • Contribution margin per product and variant in Peak Products

How a custom build works

From the inquiry until the finished piece.

  1. TriggerA customer inquires about a dining table in a custom size made from a specific wood.
  2. 01 · FormTake the inquiryAn inquiry form asks for dimensions, material and desired date before you reply.
  3. 02 · AppointmentBook a consultationThrough a booking link, the customer picks an open time for the consultation at the workshop.
  4. 03 · ContactCreate the customerIn the CRM, the customer shows up with conversation history and the planned next step.
  5. 04 · TaskPlan the custom buildThe custom build becomes a task with a responsible person and a due date.
  6. 05 · DocumentRecord work stepsSpecial features of the custom build are in a document the whole workshop can find.
Result: Every inquiry has a traceable history, and knowledge about the work steps doesn't sit with just one person.

What you start with

Five apps. More time for the workshop.

For costing and margin

Which product pulls its weight. And which one only makes work.

Peak Products calculates contribution margin per product and variant from purchasing, shipping, fees and ad spend, compares scenarios and works even without a shop connection.

Peak ProductsAvailable

Assortment, inventory, and calculation in one place, even without a shop connection.

Peak One is not inventory management, not production planning and not an online shop. It does not write invoices and does not replace accounting. Peak Products calculates contribution margin from the costs you enter; a pre-calculation from labor hours is not described there.

Frequently asked questions

Briefly answered.

Can I work out which product is worth it?

Yes, with Peak Products. It calculates the contribution margin per product and variant in euros and percent and plays prices and costs through side by side as scenarios.

Do I need an online shop for that?

No. The calculation works without a shop connection. With Shopify or WooCommerce, products and stock levels are added automatically.

What does Peak One cost for an artisan workshop?

There's a free way to start. Which apps are included in which plan is on the pricing page.
