Energy check for yourself

See which activities give you energy and which drain it.

You rate your activities: gives or drains energy, how much time per week. That creates your energy profile, and Peak Energy suggests three concrete steps.

After you log in, Energy opens in your personal workspace with the overview of where you gain and lose energy.

Why change anything

By Friday evening you're drained and don't quite know from what.

  • The week was full, but it wasn't the volume that wore you out.
  • You only notice what drains you when you've got nothing left.
  • You resolve to change something but don't know where to start.

Until now

  1. Powering through a full week
  2. Being exhausted on the weekend
  3. Resolving in general to do less
  4. Pick up right away next week

With Energy

  1. Rate activities
  2. View energy profile
  3. Pick three concrete steps

How it works

To your result in 3 steps.

  1. 01

    Rate activities

For each activity, you say whether it gives or drains your energy, on a scale from −2 to +2, and how much time per week goes into it. Doesn't apply is a valid answer.

  2. 02

    View profile

The overview shows where you gain energy and where you lose it. Every number tells you how many answers it's calculated from.

  3. 03

    Choose three steps

Peak Energy suggests three moves, such as protect, redesign, delegate or drop. You decide which of them to tackle.

What gets better

Three things Energy does for you.

Clarity instead of gut feeling

You know which activities wear you out and which carry you, and you don't have to guess.

An overview of where you gain and lose energy, based on your own ratings.

See time and energy together

You see how much of your week goes into activities that drain you.

For each activity, the audit also asks for the time per week and shows the share that costs energy.

A concrete start

Instead of resolving in general to do less, you have three specific steps.

Based on the results, Peak Energy suggests three moves: protect, redesign, delegate, automate, drop or watch.

How does the rating work?

For each activity, you rate the energy on a scale from −2 (clearly drains) to +2 (clearly gives) and the time per week. Doesn't apply is a valid answer.

Which activities can I rate?

The audit goes through your work in eight areas, including people, finances, operations and learning. You can see which activities it asks about in the app.

What are moves?

Concrete suggestions based on your results: protect, redesign, delegate, automate, drop or watch. Peak Energy suggests three of them.

Where do the numbers in my profile come from?

Only from your own answers. Every number tells you how many answers it's calculated from.

Can anyone else see my ratings?

Energy opens in your personal workspace, separate from a company's workspace.

What happens when I click “Rate activities”?

You’ll go to the Peak One login. The “Energy” selection and the destination page are passed along in the link. After you log in, you open this app directly. One account works for all Peak One apps.

What does Energy cost?

Features and usage limits depend on your plan. You'll find the overview on the Pricing page. Clicking “Rate activities” does not start a paid subscription.
