Task list for your personal everyday life

Everything open in one place. The next three in view.

Write down each errand as soon as it occurs to you. Give it a date, assign it to a project and see every day what's due today and what's coming in the next few days.

After you log in, Tasks opens in your personal workspace. Your first task is the first step.

Why change anything

Your head is not a to-do list.

  • A thought about taxes, a note for the parents' evening, a chat message about the birthday gift.
  • What seems urgent keeps pushing the important things to the back.
  • In the evening you remember what should actually have been done today.

Until now

  1. Jotting errands on slips of paper and in chats
  2. Re-sorting in your head every morning
  3. Forgetting something and running after it

With Tasks

  1. Note errands right away
  2. Date and project attached
  3. Pick the next three
  4. Check off what's due today

How it works

To your result in 4 steps.

  1. 01

    Record task

Write down what needs doing, for example scheduling the pediatrician appointment. New items land in the inbox first until you sort them.

  2. 02

    Date and project attached

Give the task a due date and attach it to a project like moving, vacation or renovation.

  3. 03

    Choose the next three

Pick the three tasks that matter this week. The rest stays out of the way.

  4. 04

    Check off today

The view for today shows what's due now. What's done, you check off.

What gets better

Three things Tasks does for you.

Nothing left to keep in your head

Whatever occurs to you in between is noted immediately and waits until you have time to sort it.

An inbox for everything that's new and not yet sorted.

Less at once

Instead of one long list, you see the three things that should really move forward this week.

The next 3 as your own selection across all open tasks.

Today and soon, kept apart

You know what needs to be done today and what's coming up in the next few days, without reading through everything.

Dedicated views for today, the coming days and your projects.

Part of Peak One

What comes next is already there.

  • Daily plan

The daily plan brings due and scheduled tasks into your day. What you check off there is done here too.

  • Goals

With Goals, tasks hang on what you want to achieve, instead of sitting loose in a list.

Before you start.

What is Tasks good for in personal use?

For everything you want to get done and not forget: errands at government offices, scheduling appointments, buying gifts or bigger projects like a move.

What are the next 3?

Your pick of the three tasks that matter this week. They come first; all other open tasks are kept, but out of the way.

Can I organize tasks by project?

Yes. Tasks can be assigned to projects, and you see how each project is doing.

Can I share tasks with family or roommates?

For each task you can note who takes it on. You can see how to bring others into your personal workspace in the app.

Are my personal tasks separate from my work?

Tasks runs here in your personal workspace. A workspace is the area where you work: your personal one or your company's.

What happens when I click “Capture first task”?

You’ll go to the Peak One login. The “Tasks” selection and the destination page are passed along in the link. After you log in, you open this app directly. One account works for all Peak One apps.

What does Tasks cost?

Features and usage limits depend on your plan. You'll find the overview on the Pricing page. Clicking “Capture first task” does not start a paid subscription.

Write down what's on your mind right now.

Capture your first personal task, give it a date and choose what comes first this week.
