What gives energy? And what drains it?

How the Peak Energy Audit is structured, what you rate, and how your answers become three concrete moves.

Eight areas

The audit walks through your work in eight chapters: direction, growth, people, product, performance, finances, operations, and learning.

Three questions per activity

For each activity, you rate the energy on a scale from −2 (clearly drains) to +2 (clearly gives), the time per week, and the impact on the business. “Doesn't apply” is a valid answer.

What you get

Your Energy Fingerprint per area, the Energy × Leverage Map (energy, impact, and time in one picture), and the share of your time in activities that drain energy. Every number says how many answers it is calculated from.

Three moves

From the results, Peak suggests three moves: protect, redesign, delegate, automate, drop, or watch. Each move can become a task in Peak Work.
