Peak Atlas

Resources · Method · 4 min

Three things per week. Not thirty.

Why Peak asks you for exactly three priorities every week, and how to choose them.

Why three

Three priorities fit in your head and on one screen. More becomes a list, fewer leaves important things behind. The number is a decision aid, not a rule from a study.

How to choose

Start with the goal and its milestones. For every open task, ask: Does it visibly move a milestone forward this week?

  • Does it move the goal forward?
  • Does it block others if it stays undone?
  • Can only I do it?

What happens to the rest

Nothing gets lost. All other tasks stay on the board and in Peak Day, just not in your view on Home.

At the end of the week

What's done is done everywhere. What's open, you consciously reschedule or let go.

Start with Clarity. The rest follows.
