Peak Atlas

Use case · Scale marketing

More budget only where inquiries demonstrably come from.

Scaling marketing doesn’t mean spending more everywhere. It means knowing the channels and search terms that lead to orders – and investing more exactly there, while sales can handle the additional inquiries. This page shows which existing services work together for that.

Analyze my shop

For us, scaling means: more inquiries at constant cost per order.

Cut-out composition: a magnifying glass and a burgundy tube, a hand examining a golden coin, next to graduated wooden blocks and a brass tray – a metaphor for reviewing open opportunities.

The problem

More budget brings more clicks – but not more orders.

A red sculpted hand sorts paper documents with a brass sieve over wooden trays.
01

Measurement stops at the form

Without a link between ad and order in the CRM, it isn’t visible which search terms bring revenue. Budget gets distributed by clicks.

02

One landing page for everyone

If you try to answer many different questions with one page, you answer none properly. Scaling needs pages per intent.

03

Sales can’t keep up

More inquiries without more closing capacity create waiting time – and the inquiries go to your competitors.

Approach

How we scale without rising cost per order

A walnut funnel with a mirror-metal rim into which burgundy marble spheres fall; one sphere rests at the bottom on torn paper – a metaphor for selection: the right opportunity out of many possibilities.
  1. 01

Close the measurement gap through to the order

Every inquiry carries its source into the CRM. Only then is it clear which search terms may be scaled.

  2. 02

Expand the winners, switch off the losers

Budget shifts to search terms and ads with proven orders – step by step, not in leaps.

  3. 03

    Tap into new intents

More landing pages for more questions, plus ChatGPT Ads as a second channel for the same demand.

  4. 04

    Plan sales capacity too

Response times and pipeline are reviewed weekly; budget grows only as fast as your capacity to close.

Does Peak Atlas also do social media marketing or SEO?

No. Our marketing services are search ads on Google and ChatGPT, including landing pages and measurement. We don’t work on other channels – we say so openly instead of inventing an offering.

At what budget does scaling pay off?

There is no general threshold. What matters is whether measurement runs all the way to the order and whether the cost per order is covered by your contribution margin. We check both before budget is increased.
