Peak Chat / Consultations

The call is booked. You don't know the reason.

A booking link alone doesn't tell you who's coming or why. The plan is for Peak Chat to ask a few short questions first, sum up the request and only then suggest a fitting slot. The booking itself stays with Peak Booking, which already exists today as its own app.

From the question to the call

Listen first. Then offer a slot.

The sample rule: if your assessment is 0 to 6, the chat first asks about the request. From 7 up it goes straight to picking a slot. That's how the flow is planned.

  1. 01Sinal

    Someone asks for a call.

    Starting point

A booked slot with an empty notes field.

On your website someone writes that they're looking for help. The plan is for the chat to ask a friendly question first instead of showing a calendar right away.

    Message → open request
  2. 02Action

    Three short questions.

  3. 03Result

    A call with context.

    Result

A booked call with a short summary of the request.

The booking is meant to happen through Peak Booking and only count as booked once Peak Booking confirms it. Here you only see a local preview.
