Peak Chat · Integrations
The Peak Chat inbox reads and sends through the accounts your workspace connects itself: Gmail, Outlook, Slack, Teams and WhatsApp Business. Each person gets one conversation, and a message can become a Peak task.

The mapping shows where a message belongs. Only a test in your workspace shows what actually arrives.
02 / Connect your own accounts
Peak Chat uses no credentials of its own. Reading and sending happen through your workspace's connections.
In your workspace you connect Gmail, Outlook, Slack, Teams or WhatsApp Business.
Messages from the same person appear as one conversation, sorted into sections.
Reply through the connected account, save drafts, mark as done or create a task.
