Peak Chat / For support teams

The chat is open. But who answers?

Questions land in the website chat that belong to nobody, until someone notices too late that they're waiting. In Peak Helpdesk visitors chat without an account through an embedded chat window. Every request becomes a ticket with an owner, internal notes and an SLA. AI answers from your knowledge and outcome cards in the conversation are planned.
