Peak Chat / For SaaS

The demo is booked. The first fifteen minutes are guesswork.

Anyone evaluating software usually has a concrete question: integrations, permissions, rollout. The plan is for Peak Chat to answer such questions from your product content, understand the use case and hand a demo request with context to the right team. Contacts then live in Peak CRM, which exists today as its own app.

Put the goal into words. Add perspectives and timing right below.

From the question to a prepared demo

The use case first. Then the demo.

The order turns an anonymous request into a prepared conversation. That's how the flow is planned.

  1. 01Occasion

    A visitor is evaluating you.

    The question

What does the visitor want to know before the demo?

On the pricing or features page a question comes up. The plan is for the chat to answer it from your product content and name the source.

    Question → answer with source
  2. 02Action

    Understand the use case.

    The handoff

Who answers when it gets technical?

Team size, existing tools, timeframe: the chat is meant to ask only what you defined and hand technical questions to a person.

    Tool → defined questions
  3. 03Result

    A demo with context.

    The next step

    What happens after the chat?

The request is meant to land with the right team, summary included. The note here is a local preview.

    Sample artifact → demo note
