Peak Chat / For sales teams

The form came in at 2 pm.The call back the next day.

Between interest and first call, time gets lost and context with it. Peak Chat is meant to meet prospects in conversation, ask your qualifying questions and hand over to the right person with a summary. That is planned. Today the Peak Chat inbox bundles your conversations per person, and a message can become a task.

Put the goal into words. Add perspectives and timing right below.

What should be clear in the first call already?

Create a local note with made-up details. It shows which information a good handover needs and is never saved.

No second CRM

What doesn't exist yet.

  • Automatic lead qualification is planned, not available.
  • Peak Chat is not a second CRM; contacts stay in Peak CRM.
  • No bulk sending and no cold outreach from the chat.

What exists today

Frequently asked questions

Do I need a CRM for this?

The plan is that conversations sit with the contacts in Peak One. Peak Chat does not keep its own contact list.

Can I try this today?

Not as a finished product yet. The live demo shows the planned flow with example data; no real customer data is processed there.

Where do the conversations end up?

The plan is that each conversation lives with the person in Peak One it was held with, not in a separate chat database. Until that is built, this is a plan, not a promise.
