Peak Chat · Guide · Chat to booking · planned
From conversation
to a confirmed meeting.
Planned for Peak Chat: a visitor books a meeting through Peak Booking in the middle of a conversation, without leaving the page. This is how it should work.
Where do you want to make progress?
Decide which answers are needed for a meeting.
Ask, understand,
then book.
A meeting counts only once it is really booked.
Today, after a chat you usually send a booking link and hope it gets used. The plan is for Peak Chat to show free times from Peak Booking right inside the conversation. The visitor picks a slot, and the chat says 'booked' only after Peak Booking has confirmed it. Peak Booking exists today as its own app with booking pages, but not inside the chat yet.
What you can prepare today.
- A booking page in Peak Booking for your first call
- Your working hours and the length of the call
- Two or three questions to settle before the meeting
The learning path
Three steps to a confirmed meeting.
Understand first
Planned: the chat clarifies the need before offering times.
- Decide which answers are needed for a meeting.
- Keep the questions short and friendly.
- Offer enquiries that do not fit another kind of help.
Only fitting enquiries are offered times.
If you get stuck
What is still open.
Can visitors book inside the chat today?
No. Booking inside the chat is planned. Today you can set up a booking page in Peak Booking and share its link in the conversation.
Will it show a meeting that is not actually booked?
That is not the plan. The chat is meant to say 'booked' only once Peak Booking has confirmed the booking.
Does the live demo book real meetings?
No. All bookings in the demo are simulated. Nothing is booked and nobody is contacted.
