Peak Chat / Support triage template

Sort first.
Then help properly.

An outage, a quick question and a billing question need different paths. This planned template first asks what it is about and how urgent it is. Your team gets a request with context instead of an empty “Hello?”.

For which occasion?

Change the greeting. The chat preview next to it reacts instantly.

Sorry something is stuck. We will look into it.

What exactly is not working, and since when? Are you completely blocked or only partly?

01 / Good triage

Topic, urgency,
the right path.

The greeting promises nothing it cannot keep. The first question separates urgent from normal. The next step says honestly who gets back and when.

02 / Three occasions

Same entrance.
Different urgency.

Something is broken, a question about usage or a billing topic. Switch the occasion and see how the questions change.

Frequently asked questions

Is this template already available in Peak Chat?

No. Chat templates are planned. This page shows a local preview with sample texts. Today there is the Peak Chat inbox and the guest chat from Peak Helpdesk.

What happens to a support request in the chat today?

In the Peak Helpdesk guest chat every conversation becomes a ticket. Your team assigns it, works with SLAs and internal notes and replies.

Does Peak Chat replace a helpdesk?

No. Peak Chat is the conversation layer. Tickets, SLAs and assignment stay in Peak Helpdesk.

Is anything saved or sent while I try it?

No. The preview runs in your browser only. Nothing is saved, sent or booked. A file is only created when you download your draft yourself.
