Peak Chat / For IT service providers
The enquiry is short. The project isn't.
“Please get in touch, we need support.” Behind that can be an hour of work or half a year. Peak Chat is meant to clarify environment, scope and timeline in the conversation and only then offer a first call with the right person. That is planned. Today your e-mail, Slack and Teams conversations come together in the Peak Chat inbox.
Put the goal into words. Add perspectives and timing right below.
Try it on a made-up project enquiry.

Frequently asked questions
Is this a ticketing system?
No. Tickets with ownership and deadlines belong in Peak Helpdesk. Peak Chat is planned as a conversation view per client.
Can I try this today?
Not as a finished product yet. The live demo shows the planned flow with example data; no real customer data is processed there.
Where do the conversations end up?
The plan is that each conversation lives with the person in Peak One it was held with, not in a separate chat database. Until that is built, this is a plan, not a promise.
