Peak Chat / For real estate agents

Every listing brings questions. Not every one brings a buyer.

Is the flat still available? Is there parking? When can I see it? Peak Chat is meant to answer such questions on the listing, ask what matters for you and offer a viewing to fitting prospects. That is planned. Today e-mail and WhatsApp conversations come together in the Peak Chat inbox.

Put the goal into words. Add perspectives and timing right below.

From listing to viewing

Answer first. Then invite.

The planned flow: settle questions on the listing, record what matters, offer a viewing. You decide who comes.

  1. 01سؤال

    The prospect writes.

    Property

Which listing the question belongs to.

Planned: right on the listing page. Today messages by e-mail or WhatsApp land in the Peak Chat inbox.

Message → one conversation per person
  2. 02Sort

    Ask what matters.

    الموقف

Move-in, household and financing status, voluntary.

Planned: the chat asks about move-in and situation and sums it up. Answers stay voluntary; nothing is scored that you didn't define.

    Answers → prospect note
  3. 03Invite

    Offer the viewing.

    Viewing

An appointment the booking page confirms.

Planned: Peak Booking times inside the conversation. Today you send the booking page link yourself.

Frequently asked questions

Does this replace my listing portal?

No. Peak Chat is planned as the place for conversations; listings stay in your portals. A portal connection is not built.

Can I try this today?

Not as a finished product yet. The live demo shows the planned flow with example data; no real customer data is processed there.

Where do the conversations end up?

The plan is that each conversation lives with the person in Peak One it was held with, not in a separate chat database. Until that is built, this is a plan, not a promise.
