Frequently asked questions

Is this template already available in Peak Chat?

No. Chat templates are planned. This page shows a local preview with sample texts. Today there is the Peak Chat inbox and the guest chat from Peak Helpdesk.

Where would the answers come from?

The plan is that the assistant answers only from content you release and says when it does not know. This knowledge base does not exist yet.

What happens when there is no answer?

The template is meant to hand over to a person instead of guessing. Today your team answers questions in the Peak Helpdesk guest chat itself.

Is anything saved or sent while I try it?

No. The preview runs in your browser only. Nothing is saved, sent or booked. A file is only created when you download your draft yourself.
