Peak Atlas

Industry solution · Publishers

The lineup is set. And everyone knows their part.

At a publishing house, editorial, production, sales and marketing all work on the same titles, often with authors and partners outside the company. Peak One keeps tasks, agreements, partners and newsletters together, so everyone sees the same status.

Where everyday work gets stuck

Lots of titles. Many owners.

  • Who is currently working on which title is in a spreadsheet that not everyone maintains.
  • Arrangements with authors sit in personal email threads.
  • Conversations with bookstores, advertisers and collaboration partners are noted down by each person for themselves.
  • The newsletter for the new title is put together under time pressure every time.

The old and the new workflow

From the lineup spreadsheet to a shared publishing status.

Typical workflow

  • Title planning in one big spreadsheet
  • Arrangements with authors by email
  • Partner contacts in personal lists
  • Writing the newsletter right before it goes out

With Peak One

  • Every title as a project with tasks and owners
  • Minutes and decisions per title in documents
  • Every partner with conversation history and next step
  • Newsletter prepared with message, audience and link

What you start with

Five apps. One status for the whole lineup.

Peak One is not publishing software. It does not manage rights and licenses, fee billing, title data for the book trade, or the production of typesetting or printing. It organizes the collaboration around the title: tasks, agreements, partners and newsletters.
