Peak Forms QR code generator

Paste your public form link and instantly get a QR code for flyers, display stands or trade fair booths. Anyone who scans it lands directly in your form.

Cut-out composition: a magnifying glass and a burgundy tube, a hand examining a golden coin, next to graduated wooden blocks and a brass tray – a metaphor for reviewing open opportunities.

Your form link

In Peak Forms, you'll find the link under “Share” after publishing. Any other web address works too.

The code is created only in your browser. The link is neither stored nor transmitted.

Paste your form link on the left. The QR code appears here right away.

  • For flyers, display stands and trade fairs: dark code on a light background, and don't crop the white border.
  • Test before printing: scan a full-size test print with two different phones.
  • Static code: The address is stored directly in the code. If it changes, you need a new code.

Limits

What the generator doesn't do.

  • The code is static: the address is stored directly in the code. If the link changes, you need a new code.
  • The generator doesn't count scans. For editable destinations and scan analytics, there is Peak One QR.
  • Whether a printed code scans reliably depends on size, paper and lighting. A test print will tell you.
