How you’ll notice the difference
Something visitors take with them
In developmentPeople read your page and leave, and you never learn who they were.
A checklist or quiz is built as a form that turns answers into a contact in your CRM.
Enquiries that arrive
In developmentOne enquiry sits in the form tool, the next in your inbox, the third in your calendar.
Page, form, booking and CRM form one chain. Every enquiry lands once, as the same contact.
What Peak Forms does today
Create, design, understand answers.
One path from the first question to a published form. Every card shows what is live and what is still being built.
Create
Live
An experience becomes your draft.
Pick an experience, bring it into your workspace and adapt questions, pages, rules and results. Nothing is published until you confirm it.
Design
Live
Scenes instead of field lists.
Atmosphere, stages and transitions are part of the experience. When you take it over, Peak One applies your own workspace brand.

Before
01Work through a long list of fields
02See every follow-up regardless of your answer
03Finish with a generic confirmation
- A list of fields gives little sense of where the journey leads.
- You answer follow-up questions that do not fit your previous answer.
- Everyone gets the same confirmation, even though they answered differently.

The Summit Journey connects four questions with stages and a relevant conclusion.

Simplified illustrative view with fictional data.
Starting point
You want to guide prospects through a thoughtfully designed inquiry.
Does it fit your work?
Experience it. Then make it yours.
Try the experience from your participants' perspective: how does the journey feel, when does a follow-up appear, and what result do you receive?
A practical starting point
For leads, feedback, applications, assessments and onboarding where the journey through the questions and the conclusion belong together.
Forms
Try the summit journey through to your result. Then make it your template: what questions would you ask, what scene would you show and what ending fits your participants?
Forms / FAQ
Before you start.
Can I try the experiences without an account?
Yes. Choose one of the six experiences and try it all the way through to your result.
How is my result determined?
Each template defines its questions, conditions and, where applicable, points. These rules use your answers to determine which follow-up or result appears.
What do I get when I use a template?
The complete selected experience, including pages, questions, rules, points, results and scene design. Your demo answers are not included. An unpublished draft is created.
What happens after I sign in?
Your chosen experience stays selected. Review the destination workspace and confirm the import. You can then edit your own draft in Forms.
Can I check the experience before publishing?
Yes. Adapt the questions, scenes and results, then play through the preview. Publish the form and share its link after you have checked it.
What does it cost?
The preview on this page is free. Features and usage limits in Peak One depend on your plan. Transferring your work does not start a paid subscription. View plans
