Describe it.
Peak drafts it.

Planned flow in Peak Chat: you describe in your own words what your website chat should do, and Peak builds a draft from it. Not available today.

Where do you want to make progress?

Name the goal, for example one confirmed first call.

The starting point

"Qualify enquiries and offer a meeting to the right people."

A sentence like that is meant to be enough to build a first chat. Peak Chat plans an AI chat builder: you describe the goal, your offer and the tone, Peak suggests a conversation flow, you try it in a preview and approve it. Nothing goes live without your consent. This feature does not exist yet. The steps below describe how it is meant to work.

Prepare → open → check

What to have ready.

  • One sentence on what your chat should achieve
  • A short description of your offer
  • The questions you always ask on a first call

The learning path

One step. One visible draft.

Step 01

Describe

Planned: you write in your own words what the chat is for.

  1. Name the goal, for example one confirmed first call.
  2. Describe who your offer fits and who it does not.
  3. Set the tone: formal, relaxed or in between.

If you get stuck

What is open and what you can do today.

Can I use this today?

No. The AI chat builder is planned. Today you can prepare your flow with the flow planner in your browser and add a guest live chat through Peak Helpdesk.

Will the AI then answer unchecked?

That is not the plan. The chat is meant to go live only once you approve it, and AI in Peak One is meant to run only through the Peak AI Gateway.

What happens when the AI does not know something?

The plan is for the chat to say so openly and hand over to your team, rather than make an answer up.
