Peak Chat / Template · Appointment

No back and forth.
One conversation, one appointment.

Instead of e-mails about free times, the chat is meant to clarify the request and offer fitting time slots from Peak Booking. This preview shows the flow. The times are examples, nothing is booked.

Booked means confirmed.

The plan is for the chat to show an appointment as booked only after Peak Booking has confirmed it. Until then you can set up your booking pages in Peak Booking.

Your context, your details and your next action — as one connected draft.

Frequently asked questions

Can I use the template in Peak Chat already?

No. Templates for Peak Chat are planned. Today you can only adjust a local preview of the conversation here and download it as a file.

Where will the free times come from?

Peak Booking is planned as the source. An appointment only counts as booked once Peak Booking confirms it. In the preview the times are fixed examples.

Is anything booked or sent in the preview?

No. The preview is a simulation in your browser. No appointment, e-mail, contact or tracking is created.
