Today and planned

From a question on the website to a resolved request.

The first two steps exist today with Peak Helpdesk. The third step describes what Peak Chat is meant to add. The data in the example is made up.

  1. 01Write

The customer asks in the widget.

    Guest chat

The customer writes in the widget without signing in.

A customer of the fictional Example Ltd asks on the website about their billing address. They don't need an account.

    Website → guest chat
  2. 02Assign

    A ticket with a deadline.

    Ticket

The conversation arrives as a ticket with an owner and a deadline.

The conversation becomes a ticket. It has an owner, a deadline and room for internal notes. That way no question is left lying around.

    Guest chat → ticket
  3. 03回答

    Resolve recurring questions faster.

    回答

The team answers; internal notes stay internal.

The plan is for Peak Chat to suggest answers to standard questions from your knowledge base and hand over to a person when it doesn't fit. In the example only a note is created.
