Where everyday work gets stuck

The product is ready. The customer care isn't.

  • What sales discussed with a customer, onboarding only learns after a follow-up question.
  • Support inquiries land in personal inboxes, and nobody sees who is replying.
  • The same setup questions come from many customers, one by one, by email.
  • Guides for customers and new colleagues are scattered across presentations and chats.

The old and the new workflow

From the handover chat to the shared client status.

Typical workflow

  • Handover from sales by chat message
  • Onboarding steps in a personal list
  • Answering support inquiries in your own inbox
  • Explaining the same question for the fifth time, one by one

With Peak One

  • Customer with history and next step in the CRM
  • Onboarding as tasks with a responsible person
  • Every inquiry as a ticket with ownership and status
  • Answering once in the community, visible to all members

How a customer launch works

From the close until the first question.

  1. TriggerA new customer has signed and is supposed to start with your software.
  2. 01 · ContactTake over customersIn the CRM, the customer shows up with the conversation history from sales and the planned next step.
  3. 02 · TaskPlan onboardingThe setup steps become tasks with a responsible person and a date.
  4. 03 · DocumentShare the guideThe team writes a setup guide together in Docs and finds it again in the library.
  5. 04 · PostCollect questionsThe customer asks general questions in the community, where the answer is visible to all members.
  6. 05 · TicketAssign the inquiryA specific problem is logged as a ticket and gets an owner and a status.
Result: Sales, onboarding and support work from the same customer status, and no inquiry depends on a single inbox.

What you start with

Six apps. One customer, one history.

Peak One is not a tool for product development. It has no issue tracker with code integration, no subscription or license management and no analysis of how customers use your software. It organizes the work around your customers: history, onboarding, inquiries and knowledge.
