Peak Atlas

Use case · Win leads

Turn interest into an inquiry that sales can work with.

A lead is more than a click: a person with a need, a way to reach them and a next step. Between ad and inquiry sit the landing page, form, response time and handover to the CRM. Leads get lost at every one of these points. This page shows which existing services close the chain.

Analyze my shop

We count inquiries, not clicks – and tell you beforehand what that takes.

The problem

There are clicks. There are no inquiries.

01

The landing page doesn’t match the ad

If you search for a specific problem and land on a generic page, you leave again. The page must answer the question being asked and offer exactly one next step.

02

The form asks too much or too little

Too many fields cost inquiries, too few give sales nothing to work with. The right amount depends on the offer and the next step.

03

The inquiry arrives, but nobody responds quickly

An inquiry without a reply within a short time is a lost lead. The handover to the CRM and a clear owner are part of lead generation.

Approach

The chain from click to inquiry

  1. 01

    Define what a lead is

Form, call, appointment booking or chat – we define which action counts and what information sales needs.

  2. 02

Tailor the landing page to one question

One page per search intent, one promise, one form. No homepage as a landing spot.

  3. 03

Wire up measurement and CRM handover

Every inquiry lands in the CRM with its source, so it’s visible later which search terms bring closed deals.

  4. 04

    Set response time and ownership

Who gets in touch, and when? Without this rule, every lead source stays below its value.

Documented projects

Clicks turned into inquiries

Three projects centered on inquiries, tracking and cost per inquiry. Figures per case study, with no promise that they transfer.

All figures come from the linked case studies and refer exclusively to the projects described there.

Frequently asked questions

Clearly answered.

Does Peak Atlas offer lead magnets or content marketing?

Not as a standalone service. Our lead generation runs through search ads on Google and ChatGPT, matching landing pages and the handover into CRM and sales. Content such as guides and calculators we provide on this website ourselves – as an example of what such things can look like.

What does a lead cost?

That depends on market, competition, offer and landing page, and can’t be quantified seriously in advance. We are open about how we measure cost per inquiry and steer accordingly – we don’t promise numbers.

What if I already have leads but too few closed deals?

Then lead generation is not your bottleneck. Take a look at “More closed deals” or the pipeline analysis – they cover the path from inquiry to order.
