Peak Chat / For creators
Your community writes to you.You can't keep up.
When does the next course start? Do you do partnerships? Is there one-to-one coaching? Among many identical questions, the enquiries that turn into work get lost. Peak Chat is meant to answer standard questions from your information and lead real enquiries to a conversation with you. That is planned. Today the Peak Chat inbox brings e-mail and WhatsApp Business together.

The sample rule: if you rather can't keep up at 0 to 6, you first collect the question you answer every week. From 7 up it's about the enquiries that matter.

Frequently asked questions
Does Peak read my social media messages?
Not today. Connections to social media inboxes are not built; the page only shows the planned flow.
Can I try this today?
Not as a finished product yet. The live demo shows the planned flow with example data; no real customer data is processed there.
Where do the conversations end up?
The plan is that each conversation lives with the person in Peak One it was held with, not in a separate chat database. Until that is built, this is a plan, not a promise.
