Peak Chat / For recruiting

The role looks interesting. The question stays open.

Remote possible? Part-time? How does the interview work? Without an answer many close the tab. Peak Chat is meant to answer such questions from your own information, say honestly what it doesn't know and offer fitting people an intro call. That is planned and not available today.

The rule behind the example

Find the gap first. Then close it.

The sample rule: if candidates rather get no answer at 0 to 6, you collect the most common questions first. From 7 up it's about the next step.

  1. 01Question

    Candidates ask.

    Starting point

A question, no answer on the page.

About hours, location, process. Today that happens by e-mail, and the conversations come together in the Peak Chat inbox.

Frequently asked questions

Does Peak message candidates automatically?

No. Drafts are planned that a person reviews and sends. Peak never messages anyone on its own.

Can I try this today?

Not as a finished product yet. The live demo shows the planned flow with example data; no real customer data is processed there.

Where do the conversations end up?

The plan is that each conversation lives with the person in Peak One it was held with, not in a separate chat database. Until that is built, this is a plan, not a promise.
