Peak Chat / For founders

You're in a client meeting. The next enquiry comes anyway.

In the beginning you're sales, support and delivery at once. Peak Chat is meant to understand enquiries on your website while you work, ask what matters and put only the fitting conversations in your calendar. That is planned. Today the Peak Chat inbox bundles your e-mail, Slack, Teams and WhatsApp conversations per person.

Put the goal into words. Add perspectives and timing right below.

While you're with a client, someone asks about a project on your website.

The action
Planned: Peak Chat asks for need, start and contact person and offers a Peak Booking appointment if it fits.
The intent
After your meeting a summary is waiting, not an unanswered window. In this example everything is simulated.

What Peak Chat is meant for.

  • You still handle sales and delivery yourself.
  • Your conversations are spread across several channels.
  • You only want appointments that are settled beforehand.

What doesn't exist yet.

  • An AI assistant on your website is planned, not available.
  • Peak Chat sends no messages without you.

Frequently asked questions

Is it worth it on my own?

The plan is for Peak Chat to work for a single person too. Whether it pays off for you will only show once the flow is built.

Can I try this today?

Not as a finished product yet. The live demo shows the planned flow with example data; no real customer data is processed there.

Where do the conversations end up?

The plan is that each conversation lives with the person in Peak One it was held with, not in a separate chat database. Until that is built, this is a plan, not a promise.
