Peak Docs
Collaboration
Capture briefs, meeting notes and instructions in Docs. Clear structure, ownership and access rights let your team read what applies instead of asking for the context again.
Collaboration
Permissions, status and decisions in the team
Internal collaboration has separate permissions for reading, commenting and editing. A document's status is visible, not just in the filename.
01
Separate permissions
Internally, Docs distinguishes owners, editors, commenters and viewers. Read access does not grant permission to edit.
Result: Each person gets exactly the access the collaboration needs.
02
Visible document status
Docs distinguishes Draft, In review, Approved and Published.
Result: The team sees whether a document is still in progress or already applies.
03
Share an approved version
External sharing provides an approved version. Editing internally does not automatically add those changes to an already shared version.
Result: Recipients see the version you approved.
04
Decisions and work in progress
A dedicated view shows which decisions are in your documents. The start view answers what is currently being written.
Result: You look it up instead of asking around the team.
TRY IT. MAKE IT YOURS. TAKE IT WITH YOU.
Write down your first thought. See your document grow.
