Peak Proof
Feedback process
Ask for specific feedback after a completed project. In Proof, collect the original evidence, review what it says and record permitted uses. Find relevant references when a prospect asks for evidence.
Feedback process
From a completed project to a reviewed reference
Positive feedback is not yet permission to publish. These four steps keep the original statement, the permitted use and your review together.
Choose the right customer
Start with a completed project. Ask about a specific experience or change the customer can describe themselves.
Collect the original feedback
Prepare the request and collect the response with its context. Use the customer’s own statement as the starting point.
Check the claim and permission
Which claim does the feedback actually support? May it be used with a name and in the intended channel? Internal review does not replace customer permission.
Use the relevant evidence
Use only the approved version within the permitted scope. This keeps the basis of a reference traceable.
TRY IT. MAKE IT YOURS. TAKE IT WITH YOU.
