Which conversations
actually move things forward?

Planned for Peak Chat: conversation analytics that show which chats lead to a confirmed outcome and where visitors drop off. Not available today.

Which question must the source answer?

Your next review briefFinding

The report should first show what was observed: how many conversations had a given opening and how many of them reached a confirmed outcome.

You can take the brief with you at the end of the page. The original evidence stays open.

Not every message counts.
Only confirmed outcomes do.

The starting point

Lots of chats, but which ones matter?

A chat window on a website creates conversations. Whether they turn into a meeting, an offer or a resolved question is rarely visible. The planned conversation analytics should link each conversation to its confirmed outcome: which openings end in a booking, which question makes visitors leave, which chats reach the team unresolved. This report does not exist yet.

How Peak Chat is planned to read conversations.

The analytics are planned to count only what the owning app confirmed, such as a real booking in Peak Booking.

How data becomes orientation

Conversation. Drop-off. Next step.

  1. What happened?

The report should first show what was observed: how many conversations had a given opening and how many of them reached a confirmed outcome.

    Finding

  2. What might it mean?

A difference between two openings is a hint, not proof. The report is meant to state how many conversations a claim rests on and to stay careful when there are few.

  3. What changes now?

A hint becomes a change you decide on: reword a question, drop a step, or hand a case to your team earlier.
