Create. Embed.
On which pages should the chat appear?
Possible today: a guest chat with a ticket.
Peak Helpdesk comes with a public live chat that visitors use without an account. You create the widget, add the embed script to your website and test it once as a guest. Every conversation becomes a ticket your team answers. The plan is for Peak Chat to extend this widget with AI replies, meeting booking and forms right inside the conversation. None of that exists yet.
