Peak Chat / Solutions / Lead generation

Visitors ask questions.Good answers turn them into clients.

Many visitors leave before they fill in a form. Peak Chat is meant to meet them where they are reading: answer a question, ask two short follow-ups and hand the team a need it understands. This AI flow is planned. Try the idea on an example of your own.

Put the goal into words. Add perspectives and timing right below.

The planned flow

From the first sentence to a lead you understand.

The example shows a sample agency with fictional data. The steps describe how Peak Chat is meant to guide the path once AI qualification is built.

  1. 01Ask

    The visitor starts.

    Question

A visitor asks about a service, right on the services page.

A shop owner asks in the chat whether the agency also takes on small projects. She doesn't need to create an account.

    Website → first question
  2. 02Understand

    Two short follow-ups.

    Understand

Two follow-up questions clarify reason, scope and timing.

The plan is for the chat to ask about goal and timeframe instead of showing a long form. Every answer stays visible in the conversation.

Conversation → need in bullet points
  3. 03Hand over

    The team takes over.

    Handover

A summary with the next step for your team.

At the end there is a summary for the team. In the example this only becomes a local note, not a real contact.

    Sample artifact → lead note
