No. It is planned. Today Peak Chat offers the inbox for your connected accounts.

What happens when an answer is missing?

The plan is that the chat says so openly and hands the conversation to your team instead of guessing.

Which AI is used?

In Peak One, AI calls only run through the Peak AI Gateway. Nothing has been built for the knowledge base yet.
