Peak Command · Revenue leaks · planned

Where revenue is lost,
Command is meant to show it.

Planned: Command is meant to place hints of lost revenue, such as stalled quotes, refunds or unpaid invoices, next to your goals and show the largest amount first. Today Command already shows radar hints and the current bottleneck.

Stalled quotes

Why: An accepted quote without an order is revenue you already had. It is often lost to forgetting, not to a no.

  1. 01Planned: read accepted quotes without an order from sales
  2. 02Planned: place the total as an estimate next to the Q4 revenue goal
  3. 03Planned: suggest a follow-up task, after your confirmation

02 / How it is meant to work

Find. Place. Assign.

A leak is meant to appear in Command only once a source supports it. Estimated amounts are meant to be marked as estimates.
