Peak Command / Tool

Three decisions open,
which one first?

Rate each decision from 1 to 5: how much it affects, how urgent it is and how much preparation it needs. You get an order with its reasoning.

01 / Calculated openly

One rule
you can check.

Priority = impact × urgency ÷ effort. In a tie the one named first wins, and the tool tells you so. As in Peak Command, every rank names its rule.

The calculation

Fixed rules.
Easy to follow.

Your entries stay visible. The result follows exactly this calculation, without AI and without a server.

Frequently asked questions

How does the calculator work?

Impact times urgency divided by effort, each on a scale of 1 to 5. In a tie, your order stays.

How does Peak Command pick the top 3?

By fixed rules from your goals, blockers and signals. Every rank names its rule; there is no overall score for the company.

Is anything saved or sent?

No. Everything runs in your browser. Nothing is saved, nothing is sent to Peak and nothing goes out. You need no account.

Does the tool read data from Peak One?

No. It only knows what you enter on this page. In Peak One, Peak Command reads the numbers from the other Peak products, with source and freshness.
