The starting point

Read Today, choose one thing, record the decision.

Peak Command is the management layer in Peak One. It has exactly four areas: Today, Goals, Plan and Decisions. Two of them are enough for the quickstart. Today shows what matters now, each line with its rule and source. Decisions is where you record what you do about it.

Prepare → open → check

What you need beforehand.

  • A Peak One account and access to a workspace
  • At least one Peak app with data, such as Peak Goals, Peak Year or Peak Work
  • A question that is on your mind this week

Open Today

What matters right now?

  1. Sign in to Peak One and open Peak Command. It starts in Today.
  2. Read the brief. Each line names its rule and the app it comes from.
  3. Look at the Top 3. They are ranked by rules, not by gut feeling.
How you recognise the result

You know which three things are on top today and why.

The mark only confirms your selection in this learning view.

If you get stuck

If something looks different.

Today is almost empty. What is wrong?

Nothing. Peak Command owns no data of its own, it reads the other Peak apps. As long as goals, plan or tasks are empty, Today stays quiet too. Create a goal in Peak Goals or an initiative in Peak Year first.

An area shows “not available”.

Then its source is not connected in Peak One yet. Peak Command says so openly and never shows it as 0. How the sources fit together is explained under “Connect your data”.

Can I change the Top 3 myself?

The ranking follows visible rules. You change it by changing the source, for example by finishing a task in Peak Work or reweighting a goal.

Frequently asked questions

Why is Today almost empty for me?

Peak Command reads the other Peak apps. As long as they hold no goals, plans or tasks, Today stays quiet.

Where does a recorded decision go?

In Peak Log, as a decision with reason and date. You find it again in the decision memory.

How are the Top 3 created?

By visible rules over your sources. Every line names its rule and the app it comes from.
