The starting point

Peak Command reads. The apps connect.

Peak Command owns no data and has no connections of its own to Shopify, banks or ad accounts. It reads what lives in the Peak apps: goals, year, tasks, capacity, decisions, constraint, finance and products. External data arrives through the app responsible for it, for example Shopify through Peak Profit or bank statements as CSV through Peak Cashflow.

If you get stuck

Common questions about sources.

What does “not available” mean?

There is no source in Peak One yet that Peak Command can read for this area. Today this applies, for example, to growth, customers, supply and fulfillment. Peak Command says so openly and never counts it as 0, so a gap never looks like a good result.

Can I connect Shopify or my bank directly to Peak Command?

No. Peak Command has no connectors of its own. You connect external systems in the app responsible for them. Peak Command then reads that app's result.

Does Peak Command copy my data?

No. It reads the data where it lives and keeps no copy. You change data only in the app it belongs to.

Does everyone in the team see the same?

No. Peak Command inherits the permissions of the source apps. Whoever may not see a source does not see it in Peak Command either.
