Peak Command · Recurring disruptions · planned

What has gone wrong three times
should not surprise you a fourth time.

Planned: if Command recognises a disruption that already has a proven countermeasure, it is meant to suggest it and trigger it in the owning product only after approval. Nothing is meant to change itself unnoticed. Today Command shows blockers, bottleneck and radar hints with their source.

Invoices at month start

Why: A disruption that comes at fixed times can be caught beforehand. The measure is meant to come from what has worked before.

  1. 01Planned: pattern from Peak Recurrence, three times in a row at month start
  2. 02Planned: proven measure “prepare the invoice run on the 28th” from last time
  3. 03Planned: create it as a task in Peak Work, after your approval

02 / How it is meant to work

Recognise. Suggest. Approve.

Self-healing does not mean automation here. It means the company learns from disruptions, and you stay in control.

01 / The starting point

Recognise the disruption

At the start of every month invoices get stuck.

Frequently asked questions

Can I use disruption catching yet?

No. It is planned and no date is promised. Today Peak Command shows the daily brief, top 3, decisions, goals, initiatives and scenarios from the Peak products.

Where do I track recurring problems today?

In Peak Recurrence. There you record incidents and check whether a fix worked.

Does Peak Command act without me?

No. Peak Command suggests and prepares. A decision, a task or a scenario only takes effect when you confirm it in the owning product.
