Peak Command / Decision traceability

“Who decided that?”And why?

At Falke Bikes (fictional) nobody remembers a year later why specialist retail was stopped. In Peak Command every decision is written to Peak Log with its reason and options, gets a review date and lands in the decision memory, where you search by reasons and outcomes.

From resolution to memory

Record, review, retrieve.

A decision is traceable when reason and outcome sit in one place and not in a chat thread.

Frequently asked questions
