Peak Command / Critical incidents

It's on fire. And everyone writes at once.

When a supplier fails at Falke Bikes (fictional), five chats run in parallel. A war room in Peak Command is meant to bundle status, ownership and decisions; that is planned. Today Command shows blockers from Peak Work, the Radar teaser from Peak Radar and computes a delay scenario.

To the next step

Is this for you?

A clear job. Clear limits.

A team that
stays calm in an emergency.

This is where the example helps.

  • Incidents land in many chats at once for you today.
  • You want to record decisions even under pressure.
  • You want to see beforehand what a delay means.

Planned

What this page doesn't do.

  • This page reads no data from Peak One and stores nothing.
  • A war room in Peak Command is planned; today Command doesn't bundle communication.
  • Nothing on this page sends, books or publishes anything.

Frequently asked questions

Can I use the war room yet?

No. It is planned and no date is promised. Today Peak Command shows the daily brief, top 3, decisions, goals, initiatives and scenarios from the Peak products.

What does Command show during an incident today?

Blockers from Peak Work, the constraint from Peak Constraints and open decisions. You record decisions in Peak Log.

Are the companies on this page real?

No. The companies and numbers are fictional examples. They show the flow, they prove no effect.

Does Peak Command store data of its own?

No. Peak Command owns no data. It reads the Peak products with your permissions and writes only through the owning product, such as decisions in Peak Log.
