Peak Command / Founder focus
Everything is urgent.Three things matter.
The founder of Lotsen Agentur (fictional) answers forty requests a day and doesn't get to her goal. Every morning Peak Command shows the Top 3, each with the rule that brought it to the top. And the brief also says when nothing needs a decision from you right now.
Put the goal into words. Add perspectives and timing right below.

Frequently asked questions
How are the top 3 made?
From rules about the constraint, goals, open decisions and blockers. Every line names its rule and source.
What is a focus warning?
A notice when more initiatives run at once than the rule considers sensible.
Are the companies on this page real?
No. The companies and numbers are fictional examples. They show the flow, they prove no effect.
Does Peak Command store data of its own?
No. Peak Command owns no data. It reads the Peak products with your permissions and writes only through the owning product, such as decisions in Peak Log.
