Peak Command / Prioritize initiatives

Nine initiatives are running.Three move your goal.

Sundgau Textil (fictional) has nine initiatives open at once. Peak Command shows the initiatives from Peak Year with their coverage of goals, warns when too much runs at once and computes as a scenario what dropping an initiative means. Stopping happens in Peak Year, not in Command.

From nine to three

Map, compute, decide.

Prioritizing mostly means deliberately not doing something. Peak Command shows what would be lost.

  1. 01Map

    Every initiative to a goal.

    Coverage

Which goal does it carry, and which goal has none?

Coverage shows goals without an initiative and initiatives without a goal.

    Peak Year → coverage
  2. 02Compute

    What if …

    Focus

A warning when more runs than the team can carry.

The “skip an initiative” scenario shows the consequences without changing anything.

Scenario → consequences in the plan
  3. 03Decide

    Record, then apply.

    Scenario

What changes if it is dropped?

The decision goes to Peak Log, the change happens in Peak Year. In the example a local note is created.

    Sample artifact → priority note

Frequently asked questions

By which rule does Command rank?

Every line names its rule, for example contribution to a goal, link to the constraint from Peak Constraints or missing capacity. There is no overall score.

Can I stop an initiative?

Yes, as a decision that lands in Peak Log. You change the initiative itself in Peak Year.

Are the companies on this page real?

No. The companies and numbers are fictional examples. They show the flow, they prove no effect.

Does Peak Command store data of its own?

No. Peak Command owns no data. It reads the Peak products with your permissions and writes only through the owning product, such as decisions in Peak Log.
