Peak Command / For CFOs

In the meeting, the assumption counts.Test it beforehand.

Peak Command calculates scenarios from Peak Finance and Peak Year: less revenue, a different ad budget, a delayed or dropped initiative. Every figure names its source and freshness; missing data stays visible as missing. A scenario changes nothing until someone applies it in the owning product.

From assumption to decision

Assume, calculate, record.

Command writes nothing to Peak Finance. It calculates, shows the source and records your decision in Peak Log.

Frequently asked questions

Does a scenario change my plan?

No. A scenario only calculates. It changes nothing until you apply the change in the owning product, such as Peak Year or Peak Finance.

Where do the figures in the scenario come from?

From Peak Finance and Peak Year. Every figure shows source, freshness and confidence; missing data stays visible as missing.

Does Command replace financial planning?

No. Planning stays in Peak Finance. Command runs scenarios on top and gives no financial or tax advice.

Where do decisions from Command go?

In Peak Log, with their reason. Later a due review reminds you to check whether the decision worked.
